Shipping Policy 

Our standard shipping time is approximately 1–2 weeks. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location. Countries farther from New Zealand may experience longer shipping durations, with a maximum delivery window of 4 weeks. If your order does not arrive within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund.

If you purchase multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages, as we source products from different suppliers.

Tracking Information:

For products shipped directly from our Auckland, New Zealand warehouse, you will receive tracking details within 36 hours of your purchase.

For items shipped directly from our international suppliers, tracking information will be emailed to you once the package arrives in your country.


Suppliers & Product Quality

We partner with a select network of trusted suppliers, all of whom have undergone rigorous quality checks. If a product does not meet our quality standards, we offer a full refund.

At WhatsHot27, our quality benchmark is simple: the item should closely resemble the original design offered by mainstream retailers. While there may be minor differences—such as a small stamp under the foot or slight alterations for copyright protection—these variations are discreet and do not affect the overall appearance or function of the product.

Packaging is also nearly identical to that of branded retailers, though some elements (e.g., barcodes) may occasionally be missing. These minor distinctions allow us to offer premium-quality items at lower prices, as we are not official resellers.
